Shoes have a right and a left. Place them so the toes point forward. When they fit just right, it is easier to walk.

💬 Put your foot in, and put in your heel
Put your foot inside the shoe. Slide it in all the way to your toes. Put your heel in firmly too.

💬 Fasten and check
Fasten the straps or laces properly. Stand up and check that your shoes do not come off. When you are ready, walk slowly.
