What Elementary School Is

Elementary school is a place where children who have grown a little bigger go. They carry a school backpack and go to meet their teachers and friends. It is a building a little bigger than kindergarten, and children do many different things there.

At elementary school, children listen to the teacher in the classroom. They learn letters and numbers, picture books, songs, drawing, and more, little by little. When they do not understand something, the teacher kindly helps them.

At elementary school, there is time not only for studying, but also for playing with friends. Children eat school lunch and move their bodies during recess. When you are having trouble, it is okay to tell a teacher or a friend.

Elementary school is a place where you can do a little more every day. Even new things are okay when you are together with teachers and friends. Many fun things are waiting for you at elementary school.
